Naim has introduced the Mu-so Utopia, an all-in-one music system developed with loudspeaker technology from Focal. It combines 15 drivers with 720 watts of amplification using Class A/B and Class D designs, and supports stereo playback and Dolby Atmos.
The Pulse streaming platform supports high-resolution audio up to 32-bit/384 kHz and services including Qobuz and Tidal. Connections include HDMI eARC, optical input and an external subwoofer output. Naim's ADAPT room optimization uses room dimensions entered in the companion app, rather than an automatic microphone calibration.
The North American launch announcement, reproduced by The Absolute Sound on October 15, lists availability from January 2027 through the Focal Powered by Naim retail network at $6,500 USD. That is the applicable U.S. announcement figure, not the different price reported in some international coverage.
