NAD adds the C 359S amplifier and C 569 CD player

The Classic Series additions pair 70-watt Class A/B amplification and built-in BluOS with a dedicated ESS Sabre-equipped CD player.

NAD has announced the C 359S integrated amplifier and C 569 CD player as additions to its Classic Series. The C 359S is rated at 70 watts per channel into 8 ohms and combines a redesigned Class A/B amplifier with a switching power supply.

Built-in BluOS streaming, HDMI eARC, Bluetooth and a phono input connect the amplifier to network music, television sound and traditional sources. Its subwoofer integration includes optional high-pass filtering. The C 569 uses an ESS Sabre DAC alongside NAD's digital processing technologies and provides analog and digital outputs.

NAD's October 15 announcement says the amplifier is available through authorized dealers in the U.S. and Canada, with the CD player expected in late November. Local dealer pricing and availability should be checked separately. These are announced capabilities, not independent performance measurements.
